It is not easy to build the clock when we are talking about a mechanical clock. The wood is probably easier to work, but it remains difficult. One type is relatively easy, a mass-oriented design of the point of flight, similar to those in the 16 Century to build.

Here's an example:

It was usually a hand, setting hours, raising the amount of equipment they need. We used a vanishing point and Foliot, which is probably a bit complicated to a point and the pendulum operating at a later development.

Here are some details on the trailing edge and Foliot and other types of leaks:

The leak, of course, what is finished and starts the gear train, the rhythm of the clock and probably represent the most difficult to build. Basically you need something that stops are caused by the movement of art then teamwork can, then pressands and should also work for many years. Good luck!

sure. Get the piece of wood or metal. Make sure a place for 3inch deep indent on the back 1/2inch. Put a 3 / 8 inch hole in the middle of the floor space.
go buy a battery operated Clock Craft shop or a department of art Supercenter. WHOOP! IT Iz
