I say, this is about advertisers Coin World and Numismatic News ... do not buy coins from the multi-page advertisers, if they are U.S. Mint in the original package (testing kits, etc..) And I agree that we should not buy coins money on eBay as a novice collector. I also read many sad stories of collectors who buy items on eBay too many $ $ $ to discover more than the surplus terribly began.
