Dollar Offset Are The " Offset " Error Washington & Adams Gold Dollar Coins Real Errors Or Are They " Man-made Fakes " ?

Are the " offset " error Washington & Adams gold dollar coins real errors or are they " man-made fakes " ? - dollar offset

I am not a collector of coins, although recently acquired a total of 4 Morgan Silver Dollar on e-bay. Even if I only spent a total of $ 50. for these 4 parts, I was advised to stop buying more parts on eBay. I followed this advice, but lately I noticed a large number of coins for sale on e-bay stating that such coins (Philadelphia Mint) $ 2007 in gold "offset" errors by Washington and Adams coins? Many people are bidding for these pieces of @ $ 19.95 to $ 39.95 Buy Now priority. I wonder whether the real "error" coins were most often intentionally or through human error "caused by unscrupulous sellers? If you really are ... regarded as recoverable and if so, to consider what are they worth? .. ... Finally, since my present circumstances require that I do not see a coin dealer ...... Are there any good reliable websites to which different parts of the United States Mint Buy?

I say, this is about advertisers Coin World and Numismatic News ... do not buy coins from the multi-page advertisers, if they are U.S. Mint in the original package (testing kits, etc..) And I agree that we should not buy coins money on eBay as a novice collector. I also read many sad stories of collectors who buy items on eBay too many $ $ $ to discover more than the surplus terribly began. But if you pay $ 50 for 4 Morgan silver dollars, and they are authentic (not) reproductions, do you good.

All e-mails for merchants that offer advertising on these two documents to a right of return if you are not satisfied, but there are many advertisers who sell expensive garbage, and I expect is that the buyer informs so bad, they do not know , enough to get a refund back.

It is difficult to certain dealers, without knowing what kind of parts that you recommend be interested in.

They are OK to buy parts from the U.S. Mint, and is certainly much to sell. But please, not so in the hope of m doProfit. It's great when it works this way, but in my experience, people who are in the currencies in the hope of making money, not successful.

You can check to join the American Numismatic Association http://www.money.org and use of its vast library, where you can borrow books via e-mail for postage costs only. They also offer (for a fee) courses you can take to help you, your knowledge. There is even room in May club in your area who could join (and lists ANA) which most likely with people who could help you start communicating with the collection, to avoid the pitfalls.

Another recommendation to read that you would start to do very easily, the scoreboard in the http://forums.collectors.com/categories PCGS website. ... And will also use the search function, go to the old records. There are a lot of knowledge that it was, and they are friendly to new issues of the collector.

I think that is the offset error is very small and only sometimes as something like the pieces. It must play in this process of typing. If a person is not the actual errors that tend to break under a microscope and finding the minors to get in a few years in oblivion. Because poor people die twice Mans 1955 is now almost extinct. In the 1960s they were selling like hotcakes. It is better to stay away from eBay, if you know your currency. The old saying, buy the book before the coin is very true. Furthermore, a kind of guide for image classification. It seems you can not go, but you should look into a drawing or Numismatic News Coin World, or both. These documents pieces per week. They are full of honest people, notably advertising. Coin World can help you even if you learn to take advantage of advertising for a dealer in your paper. You can www.coastcoins.com, www.iccoins.com, www.kelleyscoins.com, www.jakesmp.com try and www.estatewholesaler.com www.robertcharlescoins.com. Only some of the world part of the side of the site of the currency of hisPaper money. I spoke with some of them, but I make a list, do not tell anyone. I usually buy locally, so you can see the room. In addition, all rooms are degree qualified professionals with the same standard and have found errors in the upper 2nd Hope this helps.
